In 1999, Olivier Dellenbach founded eFront, a software publisher specialising in the management of unlisted investment portfolios (Private Equity and Venture Capital), a company he managed until its sale in April 2019 to the American company BlackRock for an amount of over 1.3 billion dollars.
In 20 years, eFront will become the world leader in its sector, with more than 850 employees, 800 customers, a presence in more than 30 countries through 20 offices and a worldwide revenue of more than 130 million euros.
Since May 2019, Olivier Dellenbach has been managing minority or majority investments in various high-tech companies through his family holding company, ChapsHolding.
Olivier Dellenbach has been a Director of Coheris since June 17, 2019 and was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coheris on November 6, 2019.
Jacques Behr, 56 years old, has during his career held various commercial and management positions in many companies, mainly in the IT and payment sector.
His last position was Executive Vice President EMEA at Ingenico, an international leader in digital payment. Jacques has also successfully created several IT services and distribution companies. Jacques is a graduate of Edhec.
Beyond his experience as a manager, Jacques will bring his expertise in the field of commercial performance.

Laëtitia Beillard has more than 20 years of experience in private equity. She started as a fundraiser with the placement agent Triago. She then joined Natixis Private Equity to head Investor Relations.
In 2008, she supported the development of the private equity multi-management activities of Dahlia Partners, a subsidiary of Natixis Private Equity, and in 2011 joined Rothschild & Co where she will set up the Investor Relations department.
Currently, Laëtitia Beillard is Head of Origination of Five Arrows Multi-Strategies, an entity of Rothschild & Co. Laëtitia Beillard is a graduate of the ISG.

Gildas Mathurin has over 30 YEARS of experience in the software industry. He began his career in software engineering at CGI and then at IBM from 1987 to 1996.
After having chaired EUVOXA for 6 years, he joined SOPRA in 2002 to take over the management of Sopra Group’s Banking division. In 2006 he created the Finance subsidiaries and then advised the Astek group as a partner and Managing Director of its various subsidiaries. He developed a partnership with eFront in 2007 before joining it in 2011 to manage the Risk business.
Gildas has a Master’s degree in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in management from IAE Nantes.
